Payhip automatically sends you an email receipt right after a successful purchase. The email includes a unique link for you to download the pattern that you’ve purchased. Click on the "Download Now" button to download the files.

The email receipt may have landed in your spam/junk folder, so check that first. If it's not there, let me know. To reach me, email contact@kaurthreads.com or go to the 'Contact' section on the website. Let me know which pattern you purchased and which email address you used. This will help me locate your purchase quickly so that I can send you the email receipt again. You will receive a response within 48 hours, but usually much sooner.

To print out the PDF patterns, I recommend using Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader (which is a program that you can download for your device for free right here).

Do NOT open the PDF pattern from a web browser to print. You must print from a computer or laptop, NOT from a phone or tablet. Pattern pages are formatted to print on both Letter and A4 paper. When printing, select to print at "Actual Size" or "100%" with no scaling.

If you don't have access to a printer, you can get the A0 or Letter/A4 size files printed at a local print shop or using an online printing service. 

Measure the 1" test square provided on Letter/A4 size template pages OR 2" test square on A0 size template file.

Yes, you may sell items made from my patterns at craft fairs or online. Large scale manufacturing is not permitted.

At the moment, direct debit or credit card payments are not available. However, you can still pay using your card through PayPal. Simply select PayPal at checkout, and you’ll have the option to pay with your debit or credit card.
