MATERIALS LIST:

Exterior Fabric:

• 1/4 yard of vinyl, leather, or cork (54” wide)

Lining Fabric:

• 1 yard of quilt cotton fabric (44” wide) OR Lightweight Waterproof Canvas (54” wide)

*Note: If using Waterproof Canvas, you will need an 11-1/2” x 11-1/2” quilt cotton piece to make the bias binding.

Webbing Crossbody Strap:

• 1-1/2” wide cotton or nylon webbing, 50” long (Long Strap)

• 1-1/2” wide cotton or nylon webbing, 6” long (Short Strap)

Medium Weight Woven Interfacing:

• 1 yard of 35” wide OR 1-5/8 yards of 20” wide

*Options: Shapeflex SF101, Vilene G700, OR Wovenfuse

Stabilizer:

• 1/4 yard of Decovil Light (35” wide)

• Scrap pieces of Decovil Light for magnetic snap/rivet reinforcement

Fun to make with some great new-to-me techniques.

I loved making this bag. So many useful pockets. I especially love how the credit card slots are made. It's easily adaptable for other patterns and has become my go-to technique for putting credit card slots onto bags.
